When you arrive, we’ll take a few moments to discuss your skin, your concerns and what you’d like to achieve.

Your facial will then be tailored to ensure you receive the most suitable treatment and the best possible results.

During Your Facial

Your treatment will begin with a deep cleanse to prepare the skin, followed by your chosen facial using advanced hydro dermabrasion technology.

Each stage is designed to:

• deeply cleanse and refine the skin

• gently exfoliate and smooth texture

• infuse targeted serums for visible results

You’ll also experience relaxing elements throughout, ensuring your treatment feels both results-driven and restorative.

 Add on's to your treatment 

Your treatment already includes a carefully selected skin-boosting element tailored to your facial. For a more advanced and targeted result, additional enhancement boosters can be added during your treatment.

Your therapist will assess your skin on the day and recommend the most suitable option to elevate your results, from the Hydration Boost, Radiance Boost, or Renewal Boost.

To further enhance your experience, you may also choose to elevate your treatment with:

After Your Treatment

Your skin will feel fresher, smoother and more hydrated immediately.

To maintain your results, avoid makeup for 12–24 hours and keep skin well hydrated. Use SPF daily and avoid direct heat, saunas, or intense exercise for 24 hours. Your skin may feel fresh, active, and deeply cleansed—this is completely normal as the treatment continues to work after your appointment.

Treatment Frequency & Special Events

For optimal results, we recommend monthly treatments to maintain healthy, hydrated, and consistently radiant skin. Regular sessions allow your skin to improve progressively in texture, tone, and overall glow.

For special events such as weddings, holidays, or important occasions, we recommend planning ahead for the best possible results. For brides in particular, a course of 3 treatments (one per month in the lead-up to the wedding) is ideal to fully prepare the skin, improve texture, and achieve a flawless, long-lasting bridal glow.

A final facial 1–2 weeks before the event is recommended to maximise radiance and ensure skin is perfectly prepped for makeup.
