  • Drink plenty of water This helps support the body’s natural cleansing processes.

  • Take it easy for the rest of the day. Allow your body and mind time to settle into the relaxation.

  • Avoid strenuous activity or heavy exercise. Gentle movement is fine, but give your muscles time to unwind.

  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine for a few hours. These can dehydrate the body and reduce the relaxing effects.

  • Keep warm and comfortable You may feel more sensitive to temperature after treatment.
