 What is Tinnitus Calm™?

Tinnitus Calm™ is a 40-minute relaxation experience combining a soothing sound environment with gentle scalp, face, neck, and shoulder massage.

It has been created for people living with tinnitus who are looking for a calm, restorative space to unwind, release tension, and deeply relax.

The focus is not on treating tinnitus, but on supporting relaxation, comfort, and nervous system calm in a peaceful, controlled environment.

 What happens during your session?

Your treatment is carefully designed to guide you into a deeply relaxed state:

• A short welcome chat so you can settle in comfortably

• A calming sound environment played through room speakers

• Gentle scalp massage to ease head and facial tension

• Soothing face massage to relax jaw and facial muscles

• Neck and shoulder massage to release built-up stress and tightness

• A quiet integration period to allow your body and mind to settle before you leave

Every element is designed to support calmness and comfort from start to finish.

 The sound experience

During your treatment, carefully selected ambient soundscapes are played in the room.

These may include soft natural sounds such as:

• rainfall

• ocean waves

• low ambient tones

• gentle background noise layers

The aim is to create a stable, calming sound environment that supports relaxation and helps reduce contrast with silence.

As a therapist who experiences tinnitus myself, I understand how persistent sound awareness can feel overwhelming at times.

Tinnitus Calm™ was created from that lived experience, combined with professional massage therapy skills, to offer a space of calm where you can fully switch off and relax.

This treatment is designed with empathy, care, and a deep understanding of how important relaxation can be in managing everyday stress.
